We do not use--nor do we even own--any so-called "proofreading software." We do it the good, old-fashioned way. A human actually looks at your document and uses his or her years of experience to mark it up and make it better.

At no point in the process do we ever feed your document to a computer to make decisions for us. You poured your sweat and blood into your manuscript and now you have to let it go. You're done with it, at least for awhile, but it still deserves a human touch.
